1. One visit $750.00
1-3 hours
• This session serves as an educational orientation and setup for those intending to manage most aspects independently. It provides the essential tools, professional contacts, and resources required if you or a caregiver choose to facilitate services on your own, while offering a comprehensive overview of the end-of-life process.
2. Three In-Home Visits– $2200
Three 60–90 minute visits in your home• Comprehensive end-of-life plan• Counseling, spiritual guidance, calls and texts• Education about the dying process• Help planning how you’d like to spend your remaining time• Assistance with funeral arrangements• If you choose to use MAID (California’s End of Life Option Act), one visit may take place on the day of ingestion
3. Four In-Home Visits – $2,500
•Four visits in your home with the same support as above
4. Six In-Home Visits – $3300.00
• Six visits in your home with the same support as above Payment Terms• Payment is due upon receipt
