1. One visit $750.00
1-3 hours
• This session serves as an educational orientation and setup for those intending to manage most aspects independently. It provides the essential tools, professional contacts, and resources required if you or a caregiver choose to facilitate services on your own, while offering a comprehensive overview of the end-of-life process.
2. Three In-Home Visits– $1775.00
Three 60–90 minute visits in your home• Comprehensive end-of-life plan• Counseling, spiritual guidance, calls and texts• Education about the dying process• Help planning how you’d like to spend your remaining time• Assistance with funeral arrangements
• If you choose to use MAID (California’s End of Life Option Act), one visit may take place on the day of ingestion
3. Four In-Home Visits – $2,125
•Four visits in your home with the same support as above
4. Six In-Home Visits – $2450.00
• Six visits in your home with the same support as above
